December Challenge- Day 2– Happy Friday!

Remember to do a warm up prior and cool down/stretches after to prevent injuries.

Warm up 30 sec each

1.High Knees
2.Alt Lunges
4.Big Arm circles
5.Toe Touches


Cool Down
March in place till your heart rate comes down
See example of a cool-down for stretches to complete


Finish it off, with  3 deep breathes!

Inhale deeply as you raise your arms over your head, exhale as you lower your arms.
