Day 6 is all about Tabatas and Kickboxing
So maybe you are wondering, “What are Tabatas?”
Tabatas are a popular type of high-intensity interval training (HIIT). There are eight rounds of HIIT exercises in 20-seconds-of exercise and then 10-seconds-of rest. They also burn tons of calories, raise your metabolism and heart rate, just like Kickboxing! So they are perfect to pair together! A huge bonus is that your body will be burning fat for hours after. Big difference than just running on the treadmill. 🙂
I picked today’s workout because I love Cardio Kickboxing! It is so much fun, an awesome way to relieve stress, it also burns mega calories and increases the heart rate! Not to mention your core should be engaged and working at same time. So try this one and go punch it out! I know I always feel better after a few rounds!
