Your workouts will incorporate moderate to high intensity exercises that will get your heart rate rising. This will help you achieve optimal fat loss with shorter workouts

By using your own body-weight, a variety of resistance bands we will be increasing strength and building muscles safely and burning fat together!

4 WEEK CHALLENGE

During this 4 week challenge we will focus on building a proper foundation to your weightloss. You will learn new habits, delve deep into your goals of achieving the fittest body you can. This challenge aims to jump start your weight loss, but also to instruct and inform you in the right methods to do weightlifting and working out.

8 week challenge

In 8 weeks you will have created  healthier habits that are sustainable long term and you will benefit by seeing your results start to take place.

12 WEEK CHALLENGE

This 12 Week Challenge is the Ultimate experience where you will face your challenges that have been keeping you from achieving results, guidance on how to maintain a regular routine for long term. This challenge will make sure you know how to focus on the right exercises and workouts to reach your goals.
